- Participate in "Science Curriculum in Native American Education" workshop by Dr. Gregory Cajete
- Create an original engineering lesson plan that is culturally relevant to Native American students
- Do research in a world-class UA optics lab
- Participate in the Optics Research Workshop
- Supply budget of $1,500 for laboratory supplies & classroom demo materials
- $5,400 stipend, Housing & Travel Provided
