Appendix 6: Teacher in Residence Survey

As a means to help tell the TIR story to the wider educational community, we want to know about your experience at FIU as a Physics Teacher in Residence. The information you provide will also help us to reflect on our own performance and will ensure positive experiences for future TIRs.
